Create mazes for preschoolers to help them understand about following their goals, or dreams, even through all the obstacles! Mazes for kids are fun!

There’s no doubt about it, life is going to throw you a curve ball at some time or another. No matter what you’ve planned, life can always take you in unexpected directions.

To achieve your dream, your finish line, sometimes you have to fail before you succeed. There are roadblocks, dead ends.

Sometimes you can push through, other times you’ll have to take a step back and try another direction.

Mazes are a perfect example to show young kids about achieving your dreams, and problem solving to figure out what the best route will be to get you there.

He battles one obstacle after another throughout the movie to become a Scarer. He’s living a maze, running into dead ends and having to turn around to find another way to achieve his dream.

Kids can learn a lot from this movie, but the theme is probably a little over a preschooler’s head, at least mine. So we play mazes a lot to learn about achieving their dreams! It shows them to never give up, that the right path is there, they just have to keep looking to find it.

Here’s 5 mazes for preschoolers that we’ve done, and learned from!

Simple and easy, a big maze out on the driveway just to drive through. Simple problem solving!
Add numbers to a big maze outside for preschoolers to practice counting their way through.
Use tape inside to make a maze on the floor. Add numbers to count through.
Or use letters to make your way through the alphabet.
Use the chalkboard and make a maze with letters, to follow the letter through the maze.
